Godwin-Austen & Upper Baltoro
The Godwin-Austen Glacier has its source below the southern and eastern aspects of K2 and joins the massive Baltoro Glacier at Concordia, in Pakistan. This high pass is a favored vantage point for trekkers, who can enjoy pristine views of the Karakoram range.

Suddenly, and without warning, as if a veil had been lifted from our eyes, the wide Godwin Austen valley lay before us in its whole length.
